Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Non-returnable additional items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

- Book with obvious signs of use 

- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record 

- Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error 

- Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. We will issue the credit automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then, reach out to your bank. Generally, there is a processing time before a refund is issued. Promotional Merchandise (if applicable)

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to: (STORE/OWNER ADDRESS).

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to your return. You will receive a gift card by mail once we have received the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who purchased it had the item shipped to themselves to give to you personally, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return request.

 

Shipping

 

To return the product, send it to: (STORE/OWNER ADDRESS). You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the returned shipping may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
